Common questions

I paid but the Builder is locked.

Open the paywall (tap the plus to build, or Edit on any preset) and tap Restore. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID you used to buy.

I cannot hear the cues when my screen is off.

Cues play through the media channel so they work with the screen off. Make sure your media volume is up. If your phone is on silent, choose a cue type that includes a vibration.

The Lock Screen timer stopped updating.

iOS limits how often an app can refresh in the background. The timer self-corrects at each stage change, and reopening the app refreshes it right away.

I want to start over.

Reinstall the app to wipe all local data and replay onboarding from scratch.

Refunds.

Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com within the standard refund window.
